We receive hundreds of emails every day, with your questions and concerns. While we'd like to give them all personal attention, to do so would mean hiring more people and paying you less for you cell phones. No one wants that, right?
- I sent my phone(s) a week ago and I haven't heard anything from you yet.
- It's been two weeks since you acknowledged receipt of my items. What's the status of my invoice?
- It's been more than two weeks, and I STILL haven't heard anything.
- I received notice that one of more of my phones were not accepted, but it didn't say which ones or give any specific reasons.
- All of my phones passed your testing, but my check is for a different amount than I expected.
- I've received my invoice number but need to reprint my shipping label.

There's nothing to worry about yet. The MRL (Merchandise Return Label) service we use for shipping is actually a little slower than you might be used to with First Class Mail. This is because the items are held for a short time at the Post Office while they tally up our bill. Like you, we'd rather the items come faster, but MRL service allows us to offer you the highest possible price for your phone, while still offering you free shipping.
It's been two weeks since you acknowledged receipt of my items. What's the status of my invoice?
Our technical testing process typically takes two to three weeks. Our testing is rigorous and complete, and we need to make sure the items don't have any intermittent problems that a cursory inspection might overlook. A status email is most likely forthcoming in the next week. If it's been greater than 3 weeks since we acknowledged receipt of your items, please contact us.

This one is NOT normal. However, 90% of the time we receive this kind of message , it turns out that a status email has indeed been sent, but was intercepted by a "spam" or "junk" mail filter. This especially tends to be the case with web-based email services such as Yahoo or MSN. These services have very aggressive filters that attack nearly anything commercial in nature. Please add us to the list of those from whom you'd like to accept mail.
I received notice that one of more of my phones were not accepted, but it didn't say which ones or give any specific reasons.
We're currently developing some software that will allow us to provide more complete info in our status emails. However, we do keep exhaustive records, and if you have questions about which model(s) didn't pass our tests and why, please simply email us and we'll be happy to provide the info.
All of my phones passed your testing, but my check is for a different amount than I expected.
This is almost always due to a mistake on the invoice with regard to the specific model of phone. We pay based not on what the invoice states, bur rather on the phones we actually received. We play fair, and this works both ways. If you selected a "lesser" model on your invoice, and sent a higher priced phone, your check will be higher than the invoiced total!
I've received my invoice number but need to reprint my shipping label.
