Required Conditions

• Each cell phone must be 100% functional. They should power up and make a test call. All available features should work as expected.
• Cases and Faces should be unbroken. Antennas, etc, should be in working order.
• Cell phones should not have water damage, have broken screens or other physical damage, such as cracked hinges.
• Electronic Serial Numbers (ESNs) should be clear and easy to read.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to accept phones from the following carriers, Qwest, Virgin Mobile, Earthlink and Amp'd Mobile.
• Your SIM Card is NOT required to be sent in with your phone.
• CDMA phones must be free and clear for activation. The phones must not have been reported as lost or stolen.
• The battery must be included. Please include the home chargers as well, if available.

NOTE: CELL PHONES NOT MEETING THE ABOVE CRITERIA MAY BE RETURNED AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.

It is your responsibility as the customer to discontinue service on phones you sell to SellYourCell.com prior to placing your order. SellYourCell.com is not responsible for any previous or subsequent airtime or data charges accrued prior, during or after any transaction. As charges accrue, it will be the responsibility of the customer of record and the service provider to resolve any payment issues.
